Booth Vendor Details

The Sweet Sunshine Music Fest committee reserves the right to refuse participation to anyone because of non-compliance with guidelines.  This will result in forfeiture of all fees paid.  Returned checks and cancellations are charged a 30% processing fee. There are no refunds after payment has been made. Entries after Friday, July 26, 2019 are accepted as space allows.

Booth Set Up

Saturday, July 27, 8:00 a.m. – 10:00 a.m.

Sunday, July 28, 8:00 a.m. – 10:00 a.m.

Security will be provided the nights of July 27th and 28th, and The SweetSunshine Music Fest will take reasonable precautions to protect displays. The festival will assume no responsibility for any loss due to fire, weather, theft, or other damage which might occur.  There is limited electricity available, please call The SweetSunshine Music Fest office to check availability.

Compliance with county and/or state ordinance, taxes, and laws is the responsibility of participant.

NO guns, knives (including toys), or weapons allowed on site.

Booth Vendor Descriptions and Costs

Businesses where products or services are sold may promote themselves through demonstrations and distribution of marketing material. $250.00 per 10 ft. x 10 ft. booth space or $500.00 per 10 ft. x 30 ft. booth space.

Commercial booth space will be provided, bring table, awning and chairs. No items may be sold without prior written approval; booths must provide a free activity for children throughout the day. All Commercial Booths are required to stay both days.
